THERAPIST IN MESA, AZ

Hi, I'm Raechel. It’s so nice to meet you!

You’re constantly worrying about what others think, putting everyone’s needs before your own, and feeling like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough. When things feel out of your control, the anxiety, guilt, and pressure to hold it all together can leave you exhausted and disconnected from yourself.

In our work together, I will help you not only know you are enough, but actually feel it. You won’t need to find ways to prove your worth to others, because you will be confident in yourself. You will be able to trust yourself in your decisions and live in a way that actually lines up with your values.

Therapy with me is a space where you can finally exhale. Where resentment softens, balance feels possible, and you begin to feel like yourself again. You are not just a mom who’s holding it all together, but a person who deserves care, rest, and fulfillment too.

On a More Personal Note

As an oldest daughter, mom of two toddlers, and recovering people-pleaser, I get it! I know how hard it can feel to keep your head above water sometimes with the demands of life and motherhood, all while taking care of your own needs. I am here to support you every step of the way!

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my husband and two boys, going to the gym, playing card games, going to concerts, watching reality-competition shows, and trying new sourdough flavors.

Are you ready to get started?
